Can't wait!!! Already losing sleep in antisipation.. yeah anticipation is killing me too especially since I'm going to LA for opening week!!!

My son bought me a crossbow, Horton vision 175' have shot it less than 20 times and today the right pulley comes unglued, there goes opening weekend for me and maybe the whole season

Been ready since January but, unfortunately, have to wait until the 7th!!! Offshore until the 6th and won't be home until late!!!

I'm ready but I hunt with two guys on their propertys and I just have to wait until they go, so far I'm sitting at home opening week end.

Went to the lease yesterday to make sure everything was good! Very excited!! there were rubs everywhere including a tree thicker than a telephone pole that was completely trashed! This is going to be a LONG week!

Heading to Baylor County Friday with my 13 year old son and my 24 year old son will meet me there.
I missed last season with my 24 year old because he was in Afghanistan. He is going BACK to Afghanistan next May so next season will be lost too. I've got this season with him though and we are going to make the most of it!
My other son (22 years old) can't make it and it is about to kill him. At some point we'll put a hunt all together, but still I've got two out of three boys with me so it will be a good time.
I hope everyone enjoys the time together with their kids in the woods. Our family loves it.
