Udamans post got me off the couch and I decided to work off his idea for huavos rancheros heres my take on it I fried some corn tortillas and added some ground beef, refried beens, caso fresco cheese and oregano from my herb garden. I fried 2 eggs over medium and covered it with green and red salsas, and finished with a little more cheese... Looks good on the fine china.
