This is the first iteration of a completely new design that I think I’ll be using a lot in the future. It isn’t really a tactical-style knife at all, but the carbon fiber handle material is popular with the tactical crowd. This particular knife features a 1080 carbon steel blade with a tapered tang. The bolsters and thong hole tube are 304 stainless steel, and the carbon fiber for the handles was sent to me by a customer from the UK who manufactures chassis from it for Formula 1 cars. He ended up buying this one himself.

In other news, this is the 90th knife I've made. With number 100 looming in the relatively near future, I thought it appropriate to include you, the folks that have helped me get this far, in the creation process in order to make #100 extra special. Toward this end, I have created a survey with profile designs, material selections, and embellishment options that will help me to create a truly unique knife that reflects the desires of the people who buy them and look at them. There are also a few questions at the end intended to help me improve my customer service and quality for those of you who have bought my knives before.
