I will recommend Working Man's Bow Ranch near Daingerfield. They are some great guys and have everything you asked for. Check out thier website or call and talk with them. There are no reasonable hogs here in Texas. I've tried reasoning with them to no avail. They are all unreasonable. LOL  Just kidding. J.J. (whiskeyandme) has the hogs, fer sure. Good luck in your search and your hunt!
