Looks like a good deer. Hard to tell from those two pictures, but would sure have me intrigued. Looks mature from the second picture and has a solid set of horns on his head.

Good luck!!!

The way your camera is set, the feeder takes up half the picture! He looks like a mature deer from what you can see of him though.

Yeah, use one of those t post and set it about 15 ft from the feeder and set the camera about waist level. You will get much better pics.

Hard to tell much with that angle and feeder blocking the view. Need to put your camera in the mesquite tree to the left of the feeder. Deer does look to be mature and a good frame.

from my experience when a deer is walking away and his antler's are outside his but-yeah good deer. Just a hard picture to get all information about the deer. But from photos presented i would say a mature deer. Good Luck hunting

Much better pics. He looks like a 6x5 typical with a nontypical point also on his left base in the last pic with really short G2's. Great looking buck.

Good looking buck, we have a similar one on our place but he is much narrower and a little taller.

Your deer look healthy.

If I understand correctly the last two pics are of two different deer. The one in the top pic is the one he is asking about and he looks very mature to me. The second pic is a great looking deer too, just younger than the top one.

He said the buck in question "never came to the feeder" so it would be the one hanging back in the right top of the first pic.

Almost looks as though he is interested in checking out does and showing his dominance. Just kind of looks that way from the body language. I don't want to say the "R" word yet, but it looks like it won't be long.

A good 2.5 year old deer with excellent prospects for the future.
He may be 3.5 but facial features, gut lines do not indicate an older deer. If protected he will have great potential. Antler development looks good but not heavy of an older deer. Would I shoot it? Depends on the location , hunting pressure, food sources, and management practices. Depends on what you want to have in the future. You can't eat the horns so let them grow.

You are obviously looking at the buck in the last picture which is not the one he is talking about. The deer he is talking about is a stud in the background of the pics.
