Just was wondering. When y'all transport the animals what type of trailer y'all use. As some y'all know am thinking about raising Rome rams and have a old two horse trailer. Was going to take center divider out. Figured I could fit for or so in it. Just don't want to drop money on a stock trailer yet

I've had this one for a year. Wouldn't trade it for anything. Just closing in a regular trailer will work as well.

I purchased a 16' Calico trailer 6'6" height for Mouflon. High sides keep them from being able to see out and solid cut gate in the middle.

clwildlife - that is a very nice trailer, first class!
The problem with two horse trailers is the depth. They aren't deep enough at least not for Mouflon. They are very wild. I had a guy show up with one and we loaded 7 Mouflon in it, I'll just say we're lucky nobody got hurt. We couldn't load them all at once, one at a time. A sliding door is also nice to have, something I haven't seen in a two horse trailer. I had the sheep loaded in mine but couldn't run them into his trailer, we had to handle each one on the transfer while trying to keep the others from busting out. With sliding doors you can back up, slide open the door and run them from one trailer to the other. Something to consider

Cherokee. They don't normally make a deer trailer, but they will custom make what you want. We drew it up and they built it.

`I couldn't compete with a trailer like you have. That thing is too pretty to use. Really that is a good looking and very functional trailer you have. I did not have any choice on the retirement. The people I worked for decided it was cheaper to charter an airplane than to own one.Oh well, it was getting time for me to stay home anyway.
