Approx. 500 acres
Family welcome (and encouraged)
5 Deer total. 1 trophy, 1 cull and 3 does.
Family can hunt off of your limit.
This is a year round lease. Elm Creek, which is a nice size creek, runs right thru the middle of our land. Nice Deer, healthy turkey population, very few hogs, and varmints.
We havnt got water or electricity set up out there yet, but it is in the area. We just havnt gotten around to doing it yet.
There are currently two hunters on the lease. We actually have 4 hunting spots out there. We were going to keep one for a spare that we could use as a backup. 4 hunters are a little tight, but we have done it for the last few years. As long as everyone is respectful of the others while hunting we will be ok.
If one person would be interested , and keep one spot for a spare the total would be $1500 each. If two people are interested the total would be $1125 each.

It is located about 4 miles north of Ballinger

What is considered a Trophy and a Cull on the lease? Any pictures of past deer harvested? Game cams etc?
