I sat out some pork loin ribs yesterday to thaw, got busy today and now really do not want to fire up the smoker. Any of you ever grill them? I know there must be a way, I have just never done it. Thanks for any input

probably too late now... but if your not going to smoke them then you might as well boil them 1st then finish them on the grill for about 1/2 to 1 hour... helps if you have a wood chip box... but then I always use my smoker.

Ended up "smoking" them on my gas grill. Indirect heat with a chip box, they turned out great

In a pinch I steam them for one hour and finish on a gas grill with sauce. Works when you don't have the time to smoke 'em properly.

Just because you haven't been huntin' your whole life doesn't mean you don't want to spend the rest of your life huntin'.

A real quick way to do baby backs on the grill is to:

Pull the membrane
Season however you like
Grill on medium high for 15 minutes per side (can use smoke also)
Wrap in foil and grill 30 minutes per side
10 minutes before finishing, open ribs and add BBQ sauce

Its amazing how well these turn out.
1 1/2 hours total cook time.
