 This guy made a mistake....

Decided to go out and try to kill a pig this evening. While riding around the King Ranch on a lake edge this guy showed himself right before dark. We managed to get within 50 yards from him and I let my .17hmr do the rest. One shot behind his eye and he was done ( we shot him again with a 222 for safety reasons). I was suprised to see a pig this size fold up from such a small caliber. This is somewhere around the 20th pig I have killed with my .17hmr

nice shooting!! I get a kick out of the guys on here that scream shoulder plates and you gotta have 150grs @ 3000 fps to kill one. Ive killed 2 with my mach 2, and like seeing these tiny guns do the trick

Im hoping to get a few more like this next weekend, they have been hitting one of my feeders pretty hard right before dark. I probably will leave my .17 at home and pick up the AR
