My family's homestead of approximately 211 acres needs to be leased. It's never been hunted by anyone but family and we will be very careful who we lease it to. Typical deer hunts for our family consisted of walking out on the back porch on opening day and tagging out. Zero hunting pressure.

This isn't a traditional hunting lease, this lease includes use of a custom 3600 sqft 3BD/2.5Bath house built in 1983, 2000 square foot barn, 4 acre pond and access to 6 other ponds on the property. 70+ acres in coastal, the remainder in prime deer/hog/turkey territory.

Ideal lessee would be a part time rancher, hunter and fisherman. Great spot to take the family. 76 miles west of Fort Worth and 4 miles south of I-20 on a state highway. Can do hunting seasons only, or do a year/multi-year lease for the right match.

Please send me a PM for details and to discuss pricing. This will not be a traditional "Gun-Lease" and will not be priced accordingly.
