Today in my mail I received another coupon for Bil-Jac dog
food. Does anyone feed this to their dog(s)?

I have never heard of it. Where are they from and who is making the feed?

No, I do not feed it. I've looked at the label and didn't like it.

I know that a lot of folks are concerned about corn in dog food and I am sure that it is well founded. However, I can remember when I was "just a pup" that I would help my Great Uncle A. E. Outlaw at Moore, TX cook mush for his cowdogs. We would go to the locker plant and pick up all the bones they would give us, take a machete and chop them up and throw in one of the old cast iron pots. We would add water and build a fire with mesquite chunks and cook it for a couple of hours. After cooking it for a while, we would add corn meal from corn we shucked and shelled in a man powered sheller and then ground it in a hand powered grinder. Of course the corn we used was pulled by hand in the field as Uncle Everett fed his cows "nubbins" rather than range cubes. A "nubbin" was the ear of the dry corn with the shucks pulled back. He would generally break the ear in half if it was a long ear. However, we grew everything on dry ground so length of ear was generally not a problem.
At any rate, I do remember the dogs were tough as nails and had a ton of stamina even when the temps were around 100 degrees. We made a lot of spending money catching wild cows and the dogs were the key ingredient. Now days, corn is treated like poison if fed to a dog...I don't understand all of this.
At any rate, my concern is that this feed appears to be a high dollar feed and while it shows several different rations, makes no mention of protein or fat content that I see. Is this feed used for show dogs?
As most of you know, I hunt bluetick hounds for most anything that will run and hunt them year round. In fact, I hunted this morning and normally hunt 3-4 days a week. I have fed Purina, Diamond, Black Gold with pretty fair success but for the last two years have been feeding Loyall 26/19 with excellent success. My dogs average 55-60 pounds and I feed them 2 cups once a day in the summer months and three cups once a day in the winter. While my dogs are not fat, I consider them to be in excellent condition with a lot of stamina. It is not unusual to hunt them 3-4 hours a morning and cover 10-20 miles doing it.
If you are showing dogs, perhaps Biljac is the feed for you but if you want a feed for a performance dog, there are some moderately priced feeds that have worked well for me.
