OVERRATED!!!!!!! Went there tonight and was not impressed at all. Burger was less than average for a fast food chain and the fries were terrible. I had eaten there before while in Vegas. Wasn't impressed then and even less impressed now!

They beat a Big Mac, but that isn't saying much. It's definitely not worth the wait in line.

What is all the hype about with that place? I don't get it, they must have a great marketing department.

Burger was ok but the fries were HORRIBLE. Overcooked and bland. I'll take a good old fashioned Jack in the Box Angus burger any day.

give me a griff's brown bag special any day. X's 2 but I swear they put extra fiber in that stuff cause I usually have an emergency bowel movement soon after I partake. Good going in though, not so much on the out!

Texas beef must suck then. They get their meat locally and the meat is from texas panhandle. Hereford I believe. Freshness is their goal and ground meat is ordered daily. They are planning on opening a meat plant by the airport just to cater to those stores opening up in the metro.
I use to live in california and i have to say there food is much better. It's gotta be what they feed livestock cuz even the cheese is so darn awesome.
I haven't eatin at an in-n-out yet. I'm just waiting for the one in arlington to open up.
How do I know this about in-n-out? I went for an interview and talked to the hiring manager. They said they liked my background because I use to work in a meat packaging plant. I haven't heard back but they have been busy opening up stores. I'm keeping faith and I am glad they are bringing jobs to us. Wish me luck! even though you don't know me.
oh, i just wanted to add that it was NOT an interview to flip burgers okay. they were looking for someone to maintain their meat grinders, augers, etc...oh and i also wanted to add that they have their own butchers making ground beef.

Why are they so bad? I haven't had one yet except 11 years ago in Cali. That guy is right, the meat is Texas raised. Goes straight from the ranch to their processing center here in Dallas where their own butchers process it and to the restaurant. Never frozen. They say it is about the only burger you can eat rare with no worry of contamination. Guess they don't put enough junk it it to make it taste better...

Had one in Vegas a few years ago and didn't care for them then either. I don't believe the ones on the West use Texas beef.
