I helped my neighbor pick around a gallon the other day. He made the jello raspberry preserves recipe. It's pretty good, and I already know about the same recipe with strawberry Jello. Any other ideas?

Bill can you get that recipe? My mother is off to farmers market AGAIN today and is stockpiling all the figs she can get her hands on. She typically makes straight preserves but that gets a little old after awhile. Something different would be good.

Bill, I would just make regular preserves. Don't go screwing up good fruit with jello mix. Went to a rent house down in Rockport this past weekend that had a fig tree, pulled a few off and ate them, very tasty.

I just got back from fishing, and I'm tired. Google "recipe fig preserves, with jello."
