3 - 4'x8' for top and bottom 9 - 4'x8' for the 36' of siding bunch of 2"x4"s 6 - 2"x6"x8' for runners
If you get too many, you can always take them back.

could be wrong but i got 6 sheets for the siding. i finished my 6x8 with 6 sheets for the siding. osb 7/16 is cheaper but heavier 50 lbs per sheet. 3/8 is 35 lbs per sheet. is the the 6x6 going to be elevated? what kind of windows. you can use the plywood cutoffs for window covers. some people rip the 2x4s in half. then your bunch of 2x4 will be a whole bunch. i would leave the roof in 2x4s for strength. is your blind going to come apart for moving or one structure?

A little tip... If you are trying to save on material, make the tallest part of your stand 6'. That way your 4x8 sheets on the sides will yield a 2'x4' scrap piece that can be used to help piece together your floor or roof. I can actually built a full 4x4 stand with only 4 pieces of plywood using that method.

You are correct sir, my bad. Only need 6 sheets for 24' of siding. Not sure how you got 6 sheets to cover 28' unless the blind is awful short and you mixed in the left over pieces.

the blind has 6' walls with a framed section that goes on top for the roof. just tall enough for my 5'11" body to stand up. i put the 2'x8 and 2'x6' pieces on the bottom and used a 2x2 on the seam. i tacked carpet on the inside up to that 2x2. i used the plywood cutoffs from the 6' sides for the window covers.
