Got the camo stripped off the blind and stained it today. When we got there the wind blew the roof off, had to put that back on. I plan to start hitting the mud flats with some jap millet seeding soon, water 30 inches below pool now, some more rain would be nice to bring water levels up before I start planting…Great time with my son, he did most of the work and said he had fun, music to my ears, pix…

Actually we are really good at me shooting the birds on the right and he shoots the ones on the left so we avoid shooting at the same bird. But really I think my shot was harder, I named the video “station 8” because it was like shooting station 8 on skeet, it was over my right shoulder, I did not even have time to mount the gun, it was like 15 yards when I pulled the trigger. Blew the snot out of the bird..





This was blood splattered on the outside of the blind from the shot.
