I have one and not real happy with it. At first it would quit working and have to be reset every week. It worked ok last year. It is not the easiest to program either. I just prefer the monarch feeders.

I have had one of the tan colored ones (early models), since '06 and it hasn't missed a lick. I changed the AA battery in it once and with the solar panel, it always stays fully charged. I like how they put the "no-blow" spinner plate on them and the reinforced hangers too.
Hard to beat the money for a 6V...I like them and the BOSSBUCK's

First I've ever heard of them, so no opinion.
We make our own feeders, using Magnum timers and recently Wildgame timers, like both.

i have one of the ones that uses the photo sensor to go off but it's old like early 90's but i like it when i wanna just try a spot out during the off season and set a camera up on it cause it's easy to move or i use with the big feeder to throw corn some where else for deer.

Bought three 4 years ago, started having problems with them and moved on to other timers. Two didn't last a year and the other quit the second year.

Odd that so many people have had issues with these feeders. I have two and love them.

I have had two running on my lease for 2 years now and have yet to change the battery in it. It is somewhat difficult to remember how to program it so I ended up leaving the instruction manual inside the housing in a sandwich bag for quick reference. It throws corn great to.
