I finally finished my first attempt at a skull cleaning & thought I would share!    Here are the two lower canines before I glued them back in.  Sorry the pics aren't that great, they are from my cell. Thanks for looking!

Thanks for the kind words guys! I got a lot of tips from a guy on another forum who uses the dermacide beatles. He does work for universities & museums & he gave me some great tips on doing the work myself. It took some patience, but it turned out ok. I gained a lot of respect for those beatles though!!

Thanks guys! It was a biggun! This was my 2nd coyote ever & my 2nd one that weekend! It was a great wekend!!  I didn't get to weigh him but he was heavy! The last two coyotes I shot weighed 33 & 35 lbs. & he was a lot heavier then they were! I can pick the mid thirty pounders up one handed for a pic! You can see in the pic I am strugling with two hands! I guessed him real close to 50 but I don't think folks believed me. My last set of 6 curls at the gym on Thursday nights is with 40 lb dumbells & he out weighed them! After I shot this one I put a 50 lb digital fish scale in my hunting bag! No more guessin!

I don't have or use the beatles myself, but I think you can oreder them online. I was told they were common in some areas so you could find a wild colony. The same person said the wild one have a better chance of carring diseases. Try a search online & see what comes up.
