i want to use a game camera to photo vehicles turning into my drive night and day and would like to be able to see license plates. also want to put one on my boat dock. any suggestions would be appreciated.

You would have to use an infared type game camera but the IR will still glow red on most models giving it away. There are some newer ones out that do not glow as red. Down side on IR cameras is the pics are very blury to me. You would have to hide it very well to keep it from getting stolen also. Do you have any lighting at these places and electricty?
Are idiots multiplying faster than normal people?

We used to have a game cam At my work for that reason.. It would take a pic of lisenes plate but it would be upside down lol.... all we had was a flash and it worked great.

If you want the best ^^^ I have a HC600 which is a small step down and I am amazed at how good it can capture a lic # at night.

Def this one. The most expensive one, you can't see the IR. I had it here at the house testing it against my Cuddy, and the pics were very clear during the day, and the trigger was almost instant.

Cuddeback NoFlash helped catch my burglar a few years ago. With a little help we were able to zoom in and get the plate number. The IR flash will only reflect the license plate at night but at least let you know what kind of vehicle to be looking for. By the way this guy is now serving 15yrs.
