My room-mate wants me to smoke a hog back ham for him. He has had it in the fridge in a brine mix for a few days. I plan on cooking it on my electric smoker. What temp should I set the smoker on and for how long? What seasoning should I rub on the outside of the meat? Any advice would be a huge help! Thanks! -Jordan-

Tony's for the out side and you need to get that meat hot to the bone before letting smoke the rest of the way.
300 for the first hour then back down to 225 until the internal meat temp is 170, you will need a meat thermometer
