I know a guy that is wanting to get his place leased this year. It's been leased by bow hunters in the past and is between 150-300 acres. I can find out the size for sure. It borders next to a place we have and its been in the MLDP program for a few years now. There is not much hunting pressure in the immediate area of it and most of what is around it is pretty open. This would be best suited for bow hunters I would think but the property itself is pretty thick with lots of mesquite and oaks. No creeks on the place but there is a pond on there I think and cattle.

I don't know the price. I'm not the landowner. I'm just trying to help out my neighbor. He's been a good neighbor to us but I'm not interested in leasing the place myself. So I am passing this on here to let people know of a place that is up for leasing. It's located here in Gonzales, TX.
