If you haven't seen this, then you should. Wyman is a great guy--spent his early days as a professional predator hunter before later becoming the state photographer of Texas. The photos and accompanying music are amazing. Some monster deer in there too. Message from Wyman: Just click on the link and the first item you will see will be the video titled "WEST TEXAS" < http://www.wymanmeinzer.com/> . Like the old song says "TURN IT UP" sit back and we hope, ENJOY.

I have some magic beans if anyone is interested. No extra time hunting but they'll make you fart to the tune of Back In Black...

Got to spend some quality times with Wyman and good friend Robert Lilse shooting some magazine shots back in the 90's . He's as good of a person as you will ever meet , he's done some fine work .

was on my honeymoon at cibolo creek ranch and wyman was putting on a big photo symposium for some folks that had a lot more money than me. got to chat with him some when he was done with his responsibilities and he seemed like a great down to earth guy. he lives in the old court hourse in Benjamin and they got nailed by wild fires this year, hoping he made out alright in the deal. his wife was a really neat person as well. btw ive hunted some random places all across texas and it was unreal that he new in great detail every single random arse ranch i'd been on

Wyman was my dads roommate at tech, he was doing this way back when. He used to tell him stories where he would set up for a day or more in one spot just to get pics. Literally peed in his britches to get pics. We have every book he has ever published and amateur pics at the house.

Amazing. It makes you so proud to live here and know what TX offers.
Just because you haven't been huntin' your whole life doesn't mean you don't want to spend the rest of your life huntin'.

Awesome work!
On another note the guy playing the music Doug Smith is a self taught piano player from West Texas. His music is pure and you can literally feel the wind blow in your hair as if you were on the plains. Wife and I went and saw him at the Garza Hotel in Post. Neat evening with dinner and him putting on a concert. Sad thing is he was in a horrible accident and is paralized from the neck down. He's going through rehab and can use one arm. He's trying to play again but it's going to take a while. I highly recommend getting his CD's.

Awesome!
When is the East Texas version coming out? And the South Texas one? And the North Texas one? I think there should also be a Central Texas one done also, just so we don't miss anywhere, lol. Great stuff!
