Looking for approx 400-800+ acres for year-round gun/bow deer lease for 2011 and beyond. Prefer acreage in the Mills, Hamilton, Lampasas, Coryell, Brown, or San Saba areas, but would also consider other counties within 150+- miles of Weatherford. Have 3 for sure, and possibly up to 3 more responsible, mature, experienced hunters that have hunted together and known each other for many years and get along very well. Will need to be a year-around lease that allows family/guests, have a house or an on-site camp area with electricity available (water also would be a big plus). We will will treat all property as if it were our own and have never had any problems with lease managers or property owners, they love us! Thanks in advance!

This ad has been out for a couple of months, but we could now be looking for a spot for just two, now. Interested in properties <4 hours north, south, or west of Ft. Worth.

I currently have 2 spots open in Center City Texas it will runn 2000 per gun. it has a cabin, water, elect, walk-in cooler, protein feeder,food plots and more. all of this comes with the lease. it is a really nice place. 750 acres. only problem is the price is per gun. kids and wife can come but can't hunt if over 15, under 15 can hunt ON YOUR Tags!! anyone want to know more?
