Potters has great burgers.
Mi Familia has decent tex/mex.
If you like everything fried, Kens Chicken and Fish is decent.

I can't say on breakfast as I eat at the lease for that.

Ernie's... steak fingers, and meskin food.

I ate at Pam's cafe once, wasn't bad at all, I had a burger but saw lots of people ordering their steak fingers.

Ken's fish is pretty good.

The Chinese place is edible but not that great.

Mary's is in Strawn, about 30 mi away (I think) they have a good CF steak but not that much better than steak fingers at Ernie's.

AND there's a recent thread on here about some people being dissappointed in Mary's lately.

Pam's hands down for breakfast (and steak fingers for lunch)
Earnies/MiFamilia
Kens
Rays Market(good burger and BBQ)
Little convenience store on the FAR west side of town, by the blinkin light, used to have pretty good burgers.

Thanks guys. I am sure I will give all these places a try at one time of another. It appears from my Google Earth tour that many of these places are on the West side of town on 180 near the WalMart. I have yet to locate Pam's on Google Earth.

Pams is west of the Court House on the main street-little building east of fast lube place, great food, only open during week.Sissy's cafe is south on 183 4 blocks on left, good food Big breakfeast.Potters is closed.Mexican food places are ok.Other than that Breckenridge hurts for eating places.

There's also a little Taqueria across the street from the post office that serves up some pretty decent mexican food. Carne Guisada burritos were all I ever got there. No need to venture out.

Potters closed?

And Pam's is tiny, it's hard to notice it, you blink it's gone. Now I know why I've never seen it open, I'm usually there on weekends.

Ernie's is great for steaks, cf steaks and mexican food

My lease is about 3 miles from Breckenridge and I eat at Ernies a lot. Potter's is also good.

Kens is on the west side going out toward walmart on the right.
Rays market is very good. Earnies is ok and Mi Familia is pretty good as well. There is a BBQ place on 183 south that is pretty good and has a really good steak..If you are up to a short trip go to Albany and eat at the Ft Griffen restaurant, it is great..and marys in Strawn is one of the best...advise on Marys do not get a large cf steak...

I DON'T MIND YOU MAKING A LITTLE MONEY BUT I'M NOT PAYING FOR YOUR HOUSE.

I live here and there's not a good place to eat here. I cook my own or go to Beehive in Albany for good food. Potters is closed but I heard someone is going to open it back up. Ernie's sux IMO, MiFamilia is your standard Mex food. Pam's has good burgers but it has limited hours as stated. Ken's has chicken and fish.

I'm about 5 miles south of the lake and 3 miles east of Eolian.

Did the Buckaroo Bakery stop serving breakfast and lunch?
