Try this get some Adams fajita seasoning and and vegetable oil and let it marinate in frig for 24hrs and then grill to med rare, awesome.
Or take straps butterfly, spread cream cheese in and add slices of jap, close wrap in bacon and pin.

For grillin, marinate 'em in Italian dressing and grill til done to your liking.
For frying,
Pound 'em out and soak in buttermilk. Mix equal parts of flour, instant potato flakes and cornmeal and seasonings ( I use salt, pepper, garlic powder )Dredge steaks in this mixture and fry til golden. I like to add chopped onions to my oil while frying.
I cooked some a few nights back with just flour and potato flakes. They were just as good as if not better.
