4 jalapenos seeded

1 bunch of cilantro

1 cup of sour cream

1 cup of hellmans mayo

1 pkt of ranch dip


dice up the jalapenos and cilantro and mix with the other stuff...i use a food processor...adjust using the sour cream if you need to.......gotta use hellmans or it doesnt come out right....i cant get enough of it

I make something similar. Take mayo, chipotles in adobo, lime juice, cilantro, salt and pepper. Maybe a little cumin if I felt like it.

I made a batch of this stuff tonight, and it was purty darned good. I used Hellmans "Light" to make it just a tad bit healthier. Still tasted good to me.
