4 spots available. 2,800 acres, split by RR 385, Little Devils River runs through lease, part of 30,000 acres under same management. 15 people total. Cabin with electric, water, fully furnished kitchen, indoor bathroom and showers, walk in cooler, satellite tv, and bunkhouse. Beds in place all you need is your toiletries and bedding, stand and feeders. Group has had lease for 20+ years.

Cost is $1980 for lease plus $125 for share of electric, propane, food, kitchen supplies, etc.

Guests allowed two weekends during the season (Thanksgiving and after Christmas) at extra cost. Also guests allowed for extended doe/spike season also at extra cost.

Harvest quotas for 07/08 to be determined after survey in September. Last seasons quota was 18 trophy bucks, 45 does, and any spikes. Trophy buck harvest limited to mature deer (5 yr and older). Turkey included in fall season but spring turkey is currently not included. Huntable hog population but not overrun with pigs. Bowhunting allowed (about half of group bowhunts) during regular season, currently negotiating for bowseason also. Fishing in river is permitted.

Our portion of ranch has has approximately 10 divided pastures, sheep and goats are rotated through a couple times during the year, spending approximately a week at a time in each pasture. Gentlemens agreement on using others stands so that when goats are in your pasture you still have many other stands to choose from.

Don't have the harvest record in hand but working from memory last years harvest included an 11 pt, several 10 pts, several 9's, several 8's, around a dozen spikes, around a dozen turkeys, 30 does and a dozen pigs. Am not an expert at scoring but I believe the biggest bucks went 120's to low 130's last year. Personally passed 2 10's and a nice 9.
