I have 5 acres on our property that I would like to dedicate to birds. Right now it is covered in mesquite and in the process of clearing, but what do I need to plant to get birds there.I am not agianst releasing some birds but how do I get them to stay. It backs up to a natural spring that never runs out of water so that is not a problem. Just wondering if you guys could give me some pointers on how to things started out on the right foot.
