Just wondering if any of you guys have had any experiences purchasing a small 110cc 4-wheeler.
Found the model that we want, but trying to find the best place to purchase.
Anyone live close to or have a connection to Olson Power Sports out of New Braunfels? Contacted them and seem ok through email, but I have called a dozen times now and nobody answers.
Thanks Coach

I bought one for each of my son's. Had the engine rebuilt on one after about 25 hours, and the other needs the engine rebuilt now. I would say both have less than 100 hours on them combined.

Yall aren't making me feel good about the purchase. Did those have the Honda engines in them??? Have 2 different places that offer warranties, one is a one year other is a 3 year.
Do you know if they were 1st, 2nd or 3rd production machines? I have read that there is a difference on when they were made?? Don't know if that is true or not.
Thanks Coach
Still trying to get in touch with Olson Power sports. It is like they fell of the face of the earth in New Braunfels.

The warranty means nothing, they will just claim dirt got in the engine or something. Like they did to both of mine. And yes they are "like honda engines".
If you can't get in touch with them when trying to buy, just imagine how hard it will be to get in touch with them when there is a problem.

Bought my daughter a Polaris 50cc from Woods in New Braunfels and it has run flawless for two years and it gets used alot. Woods in NB also had the best price around I could find, beating everybody else by $400-500. I would go with a name brand atv. I wouldn't trust the cheap one's with my child on it. A friend in Louisiana had bought a cheap one and his son was riding it and said it was pulling one way, he jumped on it and took off and the front right wheel locked up send the bike and him flipping.

only brand name stuff!! the motors are based off the honda design but dont come close to honda quality. spend alittle more and get name brand.
It's not how you fall, It's how you get up.

Don't buy the "cheap" stuff...definatly stay with name brand.
Seems like alot of these places are going out of buisness left and right...
I had a 110cc 4 wheeler for my son, it had a Buyang motor. He rolled it once and bent the steering arm. After 3wks of waiting on parts I finally got it...was 30 buck and easy to put in..but it should not have broke as it was a "soft" roll. He was practically at a crawl. Don't ask me how the boy did it.
Oh yeah...the thing went thru batteries like crazy. They give you a wall charger transformer that plugs into the back of the wheeler..but I had no luck with keeping that little battery up to great shape.
Hope this helps you.

I guess I am lucky. The one I bought for my kids has lasted long enough that I feel like I got my $600 out of it. I didn't plan on it lasting as long as a name brand that costs 3 times as much. Still going strong as of a month ago, but is now sitting in storage with 4 flats.

I bought one for my kid and keeping it running is a nightmare. It just finds one excuse after another to break down. If I was home I'd say come get it just to get the pos off my place. the dealerships don't like to work on it because it's an off brand.
$600 four wheeler + 3 $200 trips to the mechanic = I should have bought a yamaha, honda, kawasaki or polaris. even a used one.

I would get a used 90cc Polaris or something fairly similar (Yamaha, Kawa, Honda) before I bought one of the knock off's.
I see the 90's on Craigslist for under $1000.
