Rust Deer Processing between Eastland and Cisco on hwy 6, do a good job for most things, not getting summer sausage there but the rest they do a very good job.
Got spoiled to summer sausage from a friend in Hamilton, so I get him to do a deer into it every couple years
lf the saying "Liar, Liar your pants on fire" were true
Mainstream news might be fun to watch

Rust does a good job. If you are in the NW part of the county, Battle Creek in Moran is a small processor that is very reasonable. On Hwy 6 as you pass through town.
