banghad three awsome big toms come in yesterday morning,,,,but on the other side of a river about 30 yards wide. there i was about 15 yards on the wrong side..... they tortured me for about 30 min strutin,talkin,fanin, what can i do to get th em to cross?????????? confused2

some flipper's and a snorkel! No snorkel bamboo or somethin'? JK! Try the jake strutter or somethin' to make em' mad enough to cross but it's proven over and over that river creek's fences tree lines and any other boundaries can hang em' up bad!

just how many of you carry an intertube when turkey hunitin? did drink heavily afterwards............

Well...you did drink heavily afterwards so one out of two ain't bad. Read my rant ugh...post "What would Cuz do???". I actually have had this happen a couple of times on a place we had access to in San Saba county right on the Colorado river......nothing worked. Did get a couple of hens to fly over...but not the gobblers....and if I couldn't find an inter tube in my vest (which don't bet against that cause I have EVERYTHING in that vest) I could always use my Megan Fox inflateable hunting companion to float across! grin
