I have not heard that many good things about the 935. If I were going to get another Mossberg it would be the 835.

I have an 835, it is my back up gun now. But I totally abused that gun, hunted with it for 5 seasons never cleaned it, it still needs to be cleaned. grin

Nova and the 870 are both hard to beat pumps...the 870 is a little cheaper and definitely the sherman tank of the pumps.

I used an 835 for three years then upgraded to the SBE II. I loved it. I never had a problem with it. I thought the 935 shot 3.5s"?

rofl haha.

If you have the money get a Nova, or you can save some money and get an 870. Mine is going on 10+ years and still killin' ducks with every shot. Even after being left out at a lake for over a week!

I have a Nova that I landed on during my first trip wading through water and I completely submerged it in the mud, I rinsed it out in the same water and shot it all day without one malfunction. After that I have been the biggest believer in Benelli shotguns, I upgraded to the SBE II but still take the Nova on every hunt as my back up.

Take a look at the new Remington 887 Nitro. About the same price as a Nova and with the new outer armor, you will never have to worry about rust.

I'd only get a wingmaster 870. The regular ones suck balls!
