Has anyone had any dealings with the small youth atvs. The ones with the remote kill switches. I was thinking of buying two of them for my boys, I just don't want to waste my money. Any thoughts??????

Crap, crap, crap. I as well as a few friends have bought 8 of them. None lasted very long. My daughter got to ride hers for about 1.5 hrs. total & owned it for 2 years. They will NOT haold a charge longer than a day, the motors are crap, the carbs are crap, etc..... I gave my daughters away & went & bought her a new Yamaha Grizzly 80 in camo to match my 660. WORLD of difference in quality(& price)! I would save my money instaed of buying something that will create more tears than smiles.

100% agree with LFD2037. I bought two small ones last year for my nephew and neice for christmas. The 4-wheelers probably have 2 hours on them. They have been through 3 batteries each, replaced all fuel lines, retightened the frames nuts and bolts, retightened the chain, cleaned carburator, plugged tires, tightened lug nuts on tires, etc etc etc. Buy a named brand. Dont buy these cheap pieces of craps. Oh yeh. a friend of mine (grown up) was on one (we were working on it) and made a simi sharp turn and turned it on its side. Nothing biggie right? He was barely moving, but the whole thing is bent now. The sterring wheel has to be turned to the right for the front tires to go straight. Horrible machines. When the kids do ride them, I make them wear long pants, helmit and shoulder pads. Man, cant be to careful with these things.

My son has had one for two years and has beaten it to death in all types of conditions with no problems other than tightening something up here and there. Sounds like we are lucky after reading the posts above. It is beat up and rattles a lot, but it just keeps on going.
I really wanted to get him a quality name brand machine, but I could not justify spending 3 to 4 times the money for something my son is going to outgrow in three years or so... plus those knock-off units are smaller than the name brands so he could start at a younger age, with the governor firmly secured of course.
Bottom line (in my case) if I had to throw the thing in the junk pile right now it would have been worth every penny and then some. Not sure my experience is the norm though.

On 07s 110s by SUN ,Batterys, expect problems with cheap terminal connections,,Weight over 80 lbs being concern for top heavy roll over,, Otherwise ours have run them hard an over rough country,, Just retorque bolts, and tension chain an lube, The motors are by Kawasaki co. with out stamps or warranty. One problem recalled was fuel tank for cracks,,For small bike to be out grown its money saver,, Better batterys are avaliable. And dont let them ride around stationary objects,,Forget remote, just adjust the throttle cable to low rpm max.

This is my third year to own a Hensim 250 hunter . I use it year round and regularly haul 2 BIG adults with 300# of corn on it . That's about 900# total . I maintain it and ride it like and old guy like me should and I have had zero problems with it .I also guess that I got lucky with it . P.S. There is a good deal on one in the classifieds right now (250cc) . Also , my only complaint on it so far is that it needs a 5th gear on it .
Prayer is the "ultimate" wireless connection .
