Should I buy a bushnell trophy cam or cuddeback capture, and which model should it be. Any and all help is very helpful. I've looked at all the posts and still can't make up my mind. I'm sort of directing this question to those who have both of these units.

no sir but for the price on the Capture its going to be almost impossible to beat Cuddeback's quality.

That's what I'm hearing, but not from anyone that I really believe. I was hoping to hear from several folks who have had both. Trophy cam is clearly advertising wider coverage and better advertising. I have a cuddeback and have been waiting for the technology to catch up, but jumping at the gun to get some more cameras. Nothing is great yet, but I bet soon enough they will be hands down better than what they are marketing now.

I have a trophy cam, the daytime pictures are good, night pictures are poor at best. they are not as good as moultrie i40 pics. I have had to place the trophy cam closer to feeder area to get any kind of night time pic, they are easy to set up and battery life is good. Until moultrie comes out with better display and someone changes my mind on the trophy cam I will be looking for a better camera. bang texas

I have a Trophy CAM and like it much beter than the Moultree and Stealths I have had in the past. It is true that it doesn't take very good night time pictures but I am pretty sure you can't hunt deer at night in Texas so I am not too concerned about what shows up when I can't hunt them, I am interested in what shows up and when during times I can shoot them.

Love the Trophy Cam, good pics and does everything it states on the box. Plus, all the reviews are pointing this direction also.

Welcome to the THF!

I agree, in particular, I love the wide detection it gives, since I have a large area to cover smile
