So a friend of ours showed up the other day w/ some jerky she had made using a cheap hydrator from Wal-Mart she said..the spices weren't to my liking, but the overall texture was amazing, just like good store bought stuff....anyone have any suggestions on a hydrator to use for jerky? I haven't heard back from her on what kind hers was so I thought I'd ask on here. Thanks all. Thomas
