VX6HD 3-18x44, NF rings
jpfrog
Firedot Duplex, MOA dials. Excellent condition. Taken on one hunt, otherwise lived in the safe or saw use at the range from a bench. I moved the rifle along last year and don't have a home for this one any longer, which is the reason for the sale. My 43yr old eyes can't see any noticeable blemishes- I typically take above average care of my gear. Comes with the NF rings it is mounted in, so I haven't removed them. I also have never seen a scope come out of a set of rings without at least a mark or two where the rings were, but if that's something you think might affect your hunt, this might not be the one for you. Box, Allen key, covers, throw lever (in box, not installed), and unused cds cert included. $1250 FTF in the north Dallas/Plano area.

Anyone start out with a compound, go to Trad and then back to a compound?
txtrophy85
Got really into the trad bow thing a few years ago. Had some success but quite a bit of frustration. Can't seem to get ( for me ) consistent with it. Some days I shoot great, others I shook ok, then others I just shoot like arse.
Haven't shot my compound since last March, save for 1 shot in November, and after a frustrating session with the recurve, decided to break it out and the first 3 arrows all touched each other at 35 yards.
I like the challenge of trad archery but the setups have to be perfect to get a shot, can't use it out of a pop up blind and can't really get consistent past about 15 yards with any regularity.

Beretta 692 Sporting
tdd4570
Here is an experiment that just didn't work for me. I tried it, It is a very nice shotgun. I am just used to the balance of an auto.
So, my loss is your gain.
Beretta 692 Sporting 12 gauge 30" barrels 8 choke tubes (2-C, 1-S, 1-IC, 2-M, 2-IM) choke tube wrench case book stock wrench but pad
All of the stuff except the cardboard box. I gave it an honest try. I shot almost 2 flats thru it. 3 rounds of sporting clays and several rounds of skeet.
My loss is your gain. $3,850 in or around The Woodlands.
I'll be happy to text more pics. I'll add new pics every day.
Please pm questions or offers.
Thanks Dave

NEW Kawasaki Mule Pro FXT HD Springs..FSale
MW1962
I have this set of springs that I bought for my 2020 Kawasaki Mule Pro FXT Unfortunately they are to strong since I do not have added weight to my mule such as a winch, top, baskets, etc.... Nor do I ever haul any weight in the bed. I put them on and they topped my shocks out due to no added weight. They have a nice firm ride and definitely take the factory mule body roll away but I had to take them off. they were on the Mule 3 days!!!!
If your interested in them I'll take what they offered me on a return $350.00 You can call or text me if you want to discuss 903-312-3571
PS....I have just a short window to either sell them or return them

Another Proprty tax Question- Ag Appraisals
Kevin_M
I didnt want to hijack the other thread so here we go. I am on year 2 of 5 on working towards getting an Ag Appraisal on my property. I have gotten a denial letter this year and last, which was expected, however this year, I see they have added Beekeeping to my appraisal, removed the homestead exemption from all but one acre and list zero for production value on the non-homestead acres. The question I have and the county has been very cryptic with their answers when I asked for clarification on how this all works , is should this be the case when I have been denied that previous 2 years? Because they list Beekeeping for most of the property my homestead exemption went from 112k in 2023 down to 17k in 2024 with no production value given to the "Beekeeping " acreage. The last coupe of years my property taxes were about $9500 and this year they will be closer to 16k because of this.
Is this standard practice when establishing the 1-d-1? If there is anything I am leaving out on this, that would be helpful, let me know.
