Not around DFW, but one of the best conversion kits at JP rifles. They probably know of someone in the DFW area that could do it for you.

JP kits... Link I have one of their 9MM SBR rifles with a non-reciprocating side charger...works great.
I am still looking for the perfect apron, one with reinforced knee areas would be perfect.
