I lived just a ways out of Springer about 100 yrs. ago, or at least it seems like it. Lots of nice antelope around that area and I shot a bunch of them there. Where is he McClure ranch located there? My old memory isn't what it used to be...

Excellent Pronghorn buck, congratulations! Exceptional curl, good cutters. I was born in SW New Mexico and have hunted Pronghorn in the Springer area also. I have a couple of good Pronghorn recipes, PM me if you want them.

Just got back from a drive through that area, and saw bunches of antelope along the roads. They seem to be in abundance there still.
