is this a cull fallow?

looking for some input from those who raise or hunt fallow regularly (like curtis)
i have seen this guy at close range and he has some mass on his antlers and a few weeks ago his neck was all swollen up from the rut and he looked huge.
in these pictures, he looks a little thinner.

my best guess is he is 3 or 4 years old since i recall seeing him 2 years ago and i also see a lot more mass in his antlers than the 2 year old fallow we have now.
he has been hanging out by my feeders for the last month or so and I am planning to take him out as a cull.
mainly because his antlers have no palmation on them and he seems to be of poor antler genetics, although i definitely like his coat color.

we are in a high fence and he was born on the ranch, but i dont want to let him go if he is going to be a dink and not have good genetics to pass on

thoughts

the last pic is of a mature 6-7 year old male in rut for size comparison

update: the spotted fallow was taken by my neighbor a while back and will be a shoulder mount

the chocolate one was taken by one of my friends last Saturday while he was sitting with me for the evening hunt
upon ground checking him, he was most definitely a cull, antlers were garbage, but he weighted 170lbs on the hoof.
much bigger than I had expected and he has a really unique grayish blue sides and belly.
the other interesting finding was that he had broken the ankle on his back right foot some time ago.
it was twice the size of the other ankle and had fused itself together. probably why his antlers were so deformed.
