This pic was on my quail lease near Woodward, OK. in 2015 I couldn't get all the birds into one pic,,, even being 200 yards away. The most turkeys I had ever seen at one time.

Cool pic. Love to hear the bachelor groups of toms gobble.
I have seen groups like that quite a few times just North of Woodward...just into Harper County. Also, near Wheeler, and Shamrock TX.

We found a covey of quail about every 20-30 minutes------- have 10 hunters on the lease, one of them deer hunts, the rest are quail. You will laugh at what we paid ------- 33,000 acres, $1 an acre. That is for year round. Which includes a camp house. The bad news is that it is a 500 mile drive one way from Temple, where I live.

I don't quail hunt but I love to turkey hunt. If you need some turkeys thinned out let me know.
