Foxes getting hungry

Foxes getting hungry - 11/21/16 05:59 PM

Last weekend, I observed several foxes eating corn around feeders and where I had fed the roads. It makes me wonder how many foxes are out there that they are eating corn???? Coyotes eating corn is something I have seen for years but rarely see foxes chasing corn. If overpopulation is the reason for this, I am concerned about a die off once it dries out and nature food is really short.
Adios,
Gary

I've seen way more foxes eat corn than coyotes.

Same here, but possibly because we don't give them time to eat

I have seen foxes eat corn several times. I have never seen a coyote eat corn.

We dont have foxes where I hunt, or at least I have yet to see one. We do however have plenty of coyotes and we have witnessed them eating corn a few times
