Ruger .17 WSM

I just bought one.
Had couple of questions for those that may have one.

1. Ammo, what you like?
2. What scope using? How big scope will fit with included rings? 40mm? 56mm?

Mine likes the basic Hornady 17 grainer. Scope mounts will easily handle 40mm. Got a Burris FFII 3x9 with Ballistic Plex on mine. Hardly ever use the dots on the pled so I wouldn't spend money on them again...you are going to love it!

Cabelas makes a nice scope specific for the .17. Very clear and never had issue with keeping zero, ring come with it. I us Winchester Varmint with polymer tips. They have a 20 & 25 grain round and both of them scream.

I use the Hornady ammo for mine and I put a Bushnell 4-12x40mm with the BMAG 350 Reticle made for the 17 WSM on mine. I couldn't find the scope in stores so I had to order it online.
