Texas company did good

one of my wildgame innovations trail cams would not program so I emailed them (they are in grand prairie) and told them what was wrong and that I was out of warranty by a couple of months so just asked about repair possibility.
got an email back in about 15 mins that said just send it in with the rcpt and they would take care of it. just got an email that told me they are pulling a brand new camera out to mail to me, no charge.

awful nice to find a company that treats people like this.
got them at bass pro, great cameras and priced right.

Thats good to know Hop. I got one a few months ago for watching "critters" around the house. Takes great pics and video.

I've got one that's 8 yrs old and still going strong. Takes better pics than the high dollar ones I see on here.

What did I miss? Someone have a bad experience with them?

My family has had pretty bad luck with them. But titan and I have a never ending argument about them. Like I told him, I'm sure they make a better product now than they did 5 or 6 years ago, but I still won't buy one, nor will I give in and say they are great camera's

There have been a lot of bad experiences with them. I personally won't buy one either.

I got mine on clearance at wally world for $40. Takes great pics so far. I use it in video mode most of the time and it takes great video too. But I may just have been lucky.

It seems to be hit and miss. Some seem to do ok and others not so much

they do better selfies than my samsung.

I have been really happy with the 2 I have, had some high dollar cams out that one of my bow hunters had me set up. the high dollar seem to have a ton of "programming" that you need to do to get them to work, wildgame pretty easy to set and use.

I like em and the company did me right imo.
