Ok, that does it - I'm not done hunting...

Usually my hunting ends at the end of deer season but I think I need to get back out. We've taken hogs before but usually they are big [censored] stinky boars and I didn't want to have anything to do with eating them. I've kept sows before but just don't remember them tasting like the sow my son shot the last day of the season...that damn thing is as good as any store bought pork I ever had and better than most. Maybe because it's friggin corn fed!..anyways I have to go kill more of these things now...

That they are. I have had good luck with the boars as well, assuming they don't smell so bad you can't get near them when shot.

I don't think so DogPaddlin...I get around to alot of forumns but TKF doesn't ring a bell..I have been on some knife forumns assuming that's what TKF is but I'm not too active on them.

Yes sir! Last couple of years I have had more fun hunting pigs than deer. And you can hunt em at night when its hot during the summer. Love it

I'm still hunting, and trying to find a sow or two. No luck though. Had a boar show up today about 6:20 PM. Tapped him with the 260 and hoped it was a sow. Perfect size at about 100 to 125 or so, but he stunk to high heaven and had male 'equipment'. Dang.
