Just dipped my Trap. can I leave the trap out if raining? Also, How long do I need to wait until I dipped it the second time? brand new trap.

No don't leave it in the rain. FMJ is water based and will start to come off if it gets wet. After the first dip wait until completely dry, then dip again. In cooler weather I'd wait 24 hours.

Did you degrease the new trap before you dipped it in FMJ?
