Have several of both, and use them all. Can never have to many mouth calls, plus its nice to have different options on your stands. Have started with one call, not see anything, changed calls and brought them in. Use both closed and open reed calls, several bought from member call makers on this great forum, have had luck with both.

I always have a Long Range Jack Rabbit and a Cottontail in the truck. Marvin made mine.

One of the best calls ive had alot of sucess with is a MFK diaphragm call Pup Screamer
