Coyote medicine.... 35gr v-max vs 45 grain sp?

The plan is to try and call up a few coyotes Thursday after lunch.

A 22 Hornet will be used to deliver the pill.

Best medicine?
Hornady V-Max 35gr or Generic PPU 45gr soft point?

vmax will probably do better job of releasing all it's energy inside the varmint!

used to use the 45gr sp hornady in 22-250 at 3800 fps. It was a hammer on coyotes, didn't exit.

The v-max will give you devastating results. This was a .223 40 gr v-max at 150 yrds to the dome of this yote, shot him right under the chin while his nose was in the air trying to wind me.
