I have a pasture of my Big Lake ranch available for lease. I listed it as a deer lease in the link but could turn it into a quail lease pretty easy.

OK. I've decided to lease full season quail and not the deer. Gonna hold this pasture back for my son and grandson to hunt the deer and lease the quail.
I'll sweeten the pot by taking whoever leases the 1618 acres out on the rest of the 18,000 acres when I'm out there (if you have dogs).
$2.50/acre.
