I would have jumped on it for free a few years ago.

I think I have all this worked out but my post was definitely to vague. I built a flight pen and bought lots of quail, pheasant and chukar. I had an outfitter call me and wanted to run hunts on my place so everything was set up. He backed out now I have the birds and the land so was wanting an outfitter to take over. My son who is 13 was gonna be included in the preparation and cleaning of birds and the last hunt of the year was gonna be for us. As of now I have someone and we are meeting next week to finalize.
