My cousin sent me this pic from the ranch(dates wrong). I think they are a little to dependent on the feed.

sold it shortly after that trip
gentleman from Utah came down to look at and paid on the spot
We became friends and now I have an open invite to hunt Elk in Utah and fish for salmon with him
It was a most pleasant transaction
