Well folks, it was a fun 
time had by all. Winds Blowing 30 mph on Saturday morning didn't help my pups any, vegetation was so thick it was unbelievable. All together, 9 birds came home with us. I did find out that most folks on the youth weekend just drive the roads looking for birds to flush then follow them into the brush to take a couple of shots. Seems every time we were swapping dogs someone would drive up and a covey would flush 50-100 yards from us. All I could is laugh and say, damn we should have started there.... This morning it was 34 degrees. I will post more pics as soon as I can down load them from the camera..
